Registration Reference
Only register OK products and NG products, and the system can automatically adjust to the ideal settings. Application Cases
Contour Matching: Identify by shape difference

Simply enclose the target to automatically extract the contour. It can handle brightness fluctuations and individual surface condition differences that are difficult for normalized correlation methods.
Color Area: Identify by color area size


Based on the registered color area of qualified products, the consistency with the detected target is calculated. Simply click the target color in the image to complete color extraction with easy operation.
Feature Presence/Absence: Identify by edge pixel count


It can identify targets with unfixed shapes or differences in surface conditions. Edge refers to the boundary points of light and dark changes.
Grayscale Area: Identification by specified brightness level


Take the brightness area of registered good products as the benchmark to calculate the consistency with the detection target. It is suitable for identification based on gloss difference and surface processing difference.
Width Measurement: Identification by width between edges


It can detect warping or width of the target object. The actual dimension can be displayed by using the scaling function.
Pitch: Identification by pitch difference


It can detect not only pitch but also pin width. The actual dimension can be displayed by using the scaling function.
Angle Positioning: Identify by angular misalignment and offset


It can identify the angular misalignment and offset of the target within the specified range.
Blob Counting: Identify by the number of blobs on the target


Based on the registered blob quantity of qualified products, it checks whether the blob number of the detected target is consistent.
Character Recognition: Identify by differences in characters, numbers and dates


Device Installation
Fix the device with M3 screws via the mounting bracket and other mechanical parts. It supports vertical and horizontal installation, and the mounting method can be selected according to actual application scenarios.
