The solution combining a fiber optic amplifier with a through-beam fiber optic sensor involves collecting signals from four points at both ends of an object as it passes through the through-beam, thereby determining the object's position to trigger the welding action. The customer's precision target is that the welding position offset must not exceed 0.1mm. If the fiber optic amplifier and opposing fiber optic solution is used, the fiber optic amplifier must first have excellent stability, and secondly, it must have a very high response speed. In a high-speed production process running at 600mm/s, to ensure that the detection position error does not exceed 0.1mm, an ultra-high-speed fiber optic amplifier must be selected.
